The differential pressure control ensures hydronic balancing even in the partial load range and prevents high differential pressures in the controlled system section, e.g. at the radiator valve. When using a HydroControl V as partner valve, the water quantity in the riser can also be measured with the help of the OV-DMC 3 measuring system with the impulse tube connected.

HydroControl VTS/VFS Regulating valves made of stainless steel DN 15 to DN 300

Stainless steel regulating and shutoff valves for the static hydronic balancing of pipelines in closed heating and cooling systems. The valve offers a measuring function across the valve seat. All wetted parts are made of stainless steel (seals made of EPDM/PTFE).
The valve is available in two different material grades: CF8 (comparable to 1.4308, V2A, 304) and CF8M (comparable to 1.4408, V4A, 316). The version made of CF8M material is also suitable for use in a marine climate. However, for use with seawater as the flowing medium, we recommend our HydroControl VFR made of bronze.
